Lead Rescue is a demo-first lead-response service operated by Bennett Brechtel. This notice covers the information submitted through the public fit checker and pilot-request form. A live client workflow would require a separate client agreement, source review, and consumer-facing disclosures.
Information this website collects
The fit checker may collect a business name, contact name, business email and phone, public website, service area, category, estimated lead volume, job economics, and answers about the current response process. A pilot request may also collect a preferred contact method and time, the one lead source to review, and a short description of the response gap.
The site also creates limited security, rate-limit, audit, and anonymous demo-start or demo-completion records. It does not store an IP address as part of the demo record. Browser storage remembers a fit result during the current session and whether this browser completed the demo.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to calculate and return the requested fit result, review whether the founding pilot is appropriate, respond to an authorized business contact, prevent abuse, secure the site, and maintain an operating record of requests and decisions. It is not sold or used to send automated cold texts.
Access and service providers
Public submissions are stored in the site's hosted database and are available only through the protected owner desk. Hosting, authentication, and infrastructure providers process limited data as needed to operate and secure the site. If a business advances to a pilot, any additional provider, carrier, or source connection is disclosed and authorized before activation.
Retention and deletion
Public fit and pilot-request records are generally retained for up to 180 days after last activity unless an active evaluation, legal obligation, security need, dispute, or requested follow-up requires longer. A fit result link expires after seven days. Anonymous demo measurement and related security records are also limited to the operating and verification period described in the retention summary.
Your choices
The demo requires no contact details. The fit checker and pilot request are optional. Contact permission in the pilot form applies only to that business request and may be withdrawn. To request access, correction, or deletion of a submission, email bennett@leadrescuenow.com. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a record is disclosed or changed.
