The demonstration

Every customer, business, message, delivery state, time, callback, appointment, and result in the interactive demonstration is fictional. The demo explains a proposed workflow; it is not evidence that a message was sent or that a particular business will receive the same outcome.

Fit results and pilot requests

The fit checker is a screening aid based on the answers submitted. It is not legal, financial, telecom, or business advice. A pilot request permits Bennett Brechtel to review and respond by the selected method, but it does not create a contract, obligation to serve, payment authorization, or approval for consumer messaging.

The founding offer

The current proposed offer is one 30-day pilot for $299: $149 after compatibility and compliance readiness are confirmed, and $150 after client-approved testing is ready for activation. Final scope, tax, cancellation, liability, provider charges, client responsibilities, and activation terms must appear in a separate written agreement before paid work begins.

No guaranteed result

This website and proposed pilot do not guarantee delivery, replies, qualified leads, callbacks, appointments, sales, revenue, carrier approval, continuous availability, or a launch date. An accepted message is not delivery; delivery is not reading; a reply is not a booking; and a booking is not collected revenue.

Acceptable use

Do not submit customer records, credentials, payment data, sensitive personal information, unlawful material, fabricated consent, or content you are not authorized to share. Automated abuse, security testing without permission, deceptive use, and attempts to access protected owner data are prohibited.

Availability and changes

The site may be changed, paused, or discontinued, and a request may be declined when the source, consent, provider, risk, economics, or human handoff does not fit. Questions about these terms may be sent to bennett@leadrescuenow.com.
